Problem:
Milksmith is looking to grow its brand and social media presence but struggles with engagement, visibility, and messaging. A brand audit is needed to assess current marketing efforts, identify gaps, and provide strategic recommendations to increase awareness and customer retention.
Solution:
I did a brand audit to assess the current marketing efforts, identify gaps, and provide strategic recommendations to increase awareness and customer retention. By researching its brand and socials, and competitors, this allowed me to perform an educated and informed SWOT analysis.
Result:
The biggest insight I took from the discovery meeting is there are no automations. Milksmith does buy 10 get 1 free deal on a paper card, so to make it easier to track I recommended Milksmith to create a digital loyalty program to track brand loyalists and repeat customers. People must create an account to keep track of their stamps, and this can automatically keep track of repeat customers and additional information from the profile.
